Nadiprana : Traditional Yet Completely Open

Nadi Prana Release uses a wide variety of traditional tools of introspection, such as:

  • simple body movements
  • guided meditations and visualizations
  • gentle breathing exercises
  • sounds and mantras

and other streamlined forms of ancient inner Tibetan and Taoist yoga techniques. The various exercises  take unrefined psychophysical energies, including sexual energies, as their point of departure and alchemically transform them into a greater storehouse of refined Life Force Energy. This energy can then be  spontaneously utilized by the body/mind.

These exercises, which are usually shared in group sessions, all have their own long history, lineage  and tradition. However, they have been adapted from being tools for  specific yogic purposes to tools of open self-exploration. In this way, they can be made accessible to lay practitioners of any faith or  persuasion, without the stringent rules, oaths and obligations that regulate the practice of their traditional counterparts.
