Nadiprana : What is Nadiprana

Nadi Prana Release (NPR) is a  gentle system of simple self-healing techniques with roots in the Tibetan  Buddhist and Chinese Taoist tradition. Some of the practices originated in  India but perished here during the decline of Indian Buddhism around 1100 AD. In their modern form, they are specifically designed to help the individual feel fully, and thus transcend the onrush of today's busy and fast paced lifestyle, aiding the practitioner to realize inner and outer  peace. If practiced regularly with only a minimal degree of consistency  and dedication, some of the benefits, which will result are as follows:

  • reduced stress,
  • calmness,
  • clarity,
  • radiant health,
  • greater focus and  concentration
  • a sense of purpose and direction

as well as, finally, a feeling of  being completely grounded and at ease. This healthy sense of a reliable  foundation will not increase the mind's attachments, but rather result in the gentle detachment of pure equanimity.

When the mind is calm and at rest, healing can happen of its own accord. This calmness then automatically strengthens the body's inherent powers to fight off any  physical disease. Furthermore, when the mind is at rest, life unfolds  naturally, and we cease to identify with the many potential causes of emotional distress.
