BRIGITTE ZIEGLER is one of Paula's oldest master students and a dedicated fellow traveler on the path to greater self-knowledge. She is also the co-author of the book Dissolving Co-Dependency and the author of two of her own books on Reiki, self-healing and self-inquiry, which were published in her native Germany. Brigitte has been a Reiki master since 1988 and has taught the Core Emporement Training together with Paula and on her own since 1990.

Having left the international seminar circuit, she now teaches only small select groups when invited. She still teaches Reiki and offers Reiki treatments for deeper spiritual exploration, preferably on a one-on-one basis. Brigitte has been living in Munich, Germany for over thirty years, but in the past has also taught in Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and India.

At the moment, she is deepening her own awareness through a self-imposed reclusive lifestyle similar to a continuous semi-retreat.
