At the core of the matter, there is no core to be empowered, for we are the empowerment we all seek. Within us, yet hidden behind a gossamer, web like construction of interconnected thoughts, lives the realization that we are not separate, that we are the realization, the ultimate love that we all long for.

This illusory web of confusion, is due to our identification with the five senses, which cause us to feel separate in the first place. As a result, everything we experience seems to come from the “outside”. We fail to realize that we are the awareness behind all of creation, dreaming our life along with all of the other characters we simultaneously attract and then project our particular filter of memory onto.

Recently a scientific discovery has shown that the emotions that we become physically addicted to on a cellular level, due to enough repetition, actually stimulate the brain to cause a thought (memory) to be released, which acts to stir up more of the same emotion. In the same way our brain produces certain repetitive thoughts to keep an “emotional fix” going, a number of similar thoughts maintain the illusion of separation.         

What causes all of our longing for that which we already are, is all of the beliefs which are manufactured by the strongest belief of all, a phantom of imagination, that separate self which we sometimes call I, ego, or soul  and juxtapose with another self created phantom we have named God.

Self divided by these thoughts, we seek for what is already there. We fail to see the ultimate arrogance in separating ourselves from our true nature by creating a “God out there” which is separate from us, “the little humble bug down here”.

Our false humbleness or insecurity and its opposite polarity, the super controller, Napoleonic style conqueror, keep us further self divided. Like in nature, which creates cascading fractals of itself, we continuously create with the mind, an unending self division, not noticing that we are the awareness, which constantly re –creates itself in so many ways.

The revelation that we are that awareness which is all, which is behind all appearances of self division, is the true empowerment.
